Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a full refund.

 

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable, as reservations, staffing, and venue coordination have already been finalized.

 

No-shows are non-refundable.

 

If Argo Tours & Co. must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

 

For private or corporate events, refund terms may vary and will be outlined at the time of booking.
